You can appoint people. But at the moment I'm running for justice 
So does that mean, someone (like myself) would be appointed and confirmed by the senate?

Hello New Republica,

This speech will be about the three months of my term as president. Our region has seen many dramatic changes in the government and also our region itself. As in how we react to things, also how we roleplay, that has been changing even before my term started. Our government has changed a lot as we have instituted a new constitution that so far has worked. It has had some minor bumps in the road but as a region we moved on and learned from those mistakes. Our region has made some new friends and also strengthened our bonds with our old ones. Our government has created a treaty to help protect our borders and those of the region Christian United. I thank the New Republica Senate on passing that treaty. This treaty will mean a better security with both regions. Also this treaty will mean that we will have our name out there in the world for all of the nations out there to show we are not a lame region but a fun one to reside in. Also another new region is Excalibur. One of my friends in this game created the region. He has agreed to have a cultural treaty and also a defensive treaty with us. This means that we will have better role play games for both regions and better unity in our region and more active nations in our region.
One part of the government that I would like to give a round of applause to is the New Republican Senate. They have passed three very key bills including the Senate Election code, Abolition of Political Party's, and also the Bill of Rights. They have had some bad times in there term but it ended with more productivity than I have ever seen in a senate in our region. We have seen a good time in our region.

People may say there is a lot of work to be done and it is slowly getting done. Yes I realize that there is more work to be done now but we must take it slowly or we will end up having a meltdown in our region. If we go to fast in a short period of time we will have mistakes and end up having a bad government that is ineffiencent and doesn't understand our regions problems.

We have a moment to seize that will lead us to success. If we miss it we might not have a region to call home. We must work together on this "nations not being active" problem it is at the root of our problem if we can't find a way to have more nations active our recruiting process is no good. We must work together to create new ideas on role play. Like the map of the world that cafla put together. I have been researching ideas and one way is to have inter-region role plays so that we can have more fun with other nations in different places than ours. I have seen the role plays that we have done in the past alsmost all are about war or some kind of war. We must have more creative things to roleplay.

Also the recruitment process needs a overhaul. We have a very inefficient process in which only three I know of are recruiting for the region. If we can at least recruit at least five minutes a day we will a bigger region to have fun with. All the material needed to recruit is on the forum and if you need help with it a government official should be able to help you with it. One way to have more people recruit is to create a agency which is headed up by the Vice President and by a civilian. Which there will be 7 people on this board that will help our region create legislation to be created to help our region grow and they will be tasked with finding nations that are active and trying to get them to recruit. The board would be made up of the two chariman and the 5 nations. Of those 5 nations 1 must be from the Judicial part of government and 1 from the senate to seat on the board. For the government members on the board there must not be more than 3 of the members that are government official. The rest of the seats will be civilians.

As I end this speech we must not rest on our laurels of a very good firs term in our government but must act at this moment to create better and stronger region.

Hey I am submitting my candidature for the President again.

Greetings! I have noticed that this region is one that is very active. I have further noticed that there are two vacancies in the High Court. In order to keep a balance and promote a more active group. Therefore, I announce my candidacy, and run for the Associate Justice vacancy. 

Abolition of Political Parties Act

Seeing as how political parties in the real world do more harm than good through the following means:
-Dividing people between partisan lines.
-Allowing people to vote based by party rather than through the capability of those running
-Political parties often become corrupt and lose focus of their actual objectives
-Partisan battles often erupt causing the government to become disfunctional
And seeing how under the old constitution they were never allowed and how up till this point their formation in this region has been more or less frowned upon.
The passage of this act will make the formation of any and all political parties on the RMB or on the Forum an illegal act. Nor shall any candidate be allowed to run under a political party when running for election. Further, the state shall not recognize any political parties formed outside of these means.
