For a non-beginner region we have a shocking amount of nations, we should be more worried about how the nations already in NR feel instead of getting more.

I think it wouldnt be a bad idea that when someone is suspicious, that they should get a background check, meaning someone when back to all the places they had been seeing if they had problems. But there must be strong evidence towards someone to give them a background check, since it takes up a lot of time, and should not be wasted.

I like vapaus's design. Although for some reason it makes me think of Britain.

i deny that, it does give someone the right for a party.

A compromise is not needed, anyone can hold a party freely according to the bill of rights under Right to Life, section 8.

I would like to bring up the political party issue. In the it bill of rights it states that nations get the freedom of expression, but also that there are limitations to that freedom. I do not however like how that is worded. It is difficult to understand what is the limitations. So for now i do not see anything saying that USA cannot create his own party. I will look over the bill of rights again to be a hundred percent sure.

Let me re define myself, not admentments, laws. What laws dk you want passed
Admentd.ents arw stronger then normal laws
I would like to have the following topics brought up with my fellow senators to discuss openly:
- Use of the forum
- Use of the region's factbook
- Proper electoral procedure
- Political party formation and regulation
- Proper procedure for submitting bills to vote
- Scheduling of sessions of Congress (Senate meetings)
- Structure of the judicial system and the Supreme Court

Well then give me a example mithea on ow you would rewrite a law we have
For the laws that are created i think they should go through a vote in the forums like elections do. That way, you know whether or not if the people like the decision.
I do not believe that a general vote is the proper way for a law to be overturned. I believe that if member nations of New Republica are concerned with the passing or execution of a bill they can bring this up with the senators as part of an open discourse between the members of the regional government and the members of the region. If senators believe that the law in question should be overturned, then they can bring it up at the next senatorial meeting, or sooner.
If that is the case then a normal citizen could not express his opinion. This whole government is revolved around the citizens and i think we dont do enough for the citizens.

For instance, Article 6, section 6 of the constitution states that to override an amendment a new amendment needs to take its place. I think that you should say that the new amendment must relate to the other amendment in some way, because some guy wants to get all smart makes some crazy amendment to replace the other one and he is not aloud to because the officials say that that has nothing to do with the old amendment. But technically there is nothing in the constitution saying that he cant replace the amendment with that new one. So he files a case to the supreme court. If that amendment were to be more specific in the first place none of that would have to happen.

We need amendments for new laws, what you said mithea is you don't want laws in this region. If I got it. Please explain your self more
Not that laws shouldnt be used but that they do not solve everything. Certain thins are good with laws and others arent. I think that there shouldnt be more laws, i think that the laws we have already should be more specific.

I agree with Rome. Parties can exist but no political advertising AT ALL
Why not, it doesnt bring tension as long as in the advertisement the party doesnt talk about other parties.
