History

The region of New Republica was founded by The United Anarchist States of Peunt12 in January 2013. As the first nations started to join, Peunt12 wrote the New Republica Constitution, the founding document of the region. The region held its first elections and on the Senate was The Republic of DardoIllyria, Karkhovske and Great West Cost. Great West Cost was found guilty of controlling puppets in the region and was banjected from New Republica. After that, Beta Test was elected Vice President, The Republic of Evila was elected Secretary of State and The Peoples Empire of Flattnerk was elected Secretary of Defence. Tanzriel was chosen to replace Great West Cost. The court was chosen with The Democratic Republic of The Republic rome as Supreme Judge and The Constitutional Monarchy of Habsburgg and Hard Done Town as Judges. New Republica had its first government. In the first Senate session, Dardoillyria and Karkhovske wrote the Bill of Rights, ensuring the rights of the citizens of New Republica. Shortly after this however, Hard Done Town was found guilty of espionage and was banjected from the region. Omerzone was chosen to replace him. Meanwhile President Peunt12 (the Constitution ordered the founder to serve as president for the first 2 months) introduced the regional debate, a regular event where the nations of New Republica would come togehter to discuss current issues. While there was regular activity among most nations, the Senate was very inactive. The President called Senate elections. Dardoillyria was reelected and Certus and The Federal Union of The Anean Tribes replaced Tanzriel and Karkhovske.
This began the first great time of peace in New Republica. The government was healthy and active and the population of the region grew to 200 nations. The first 2 months came to an end and an election was called to find Peunt12's successor. Senator Dardoillyria defeated Supreme Judge Republic Rome and newcomer Virginian pioneers in a close contest. In the Vice Presidential election, Republic Rome defeated Beta Test and Certus was elected Secretary of Defence after Flattnerk stepped down. A new court was appointed, with The republic of vapaus and Claflin as judges and Virginian Pioneers as Supreme Judge. Elections are continuing as New Republica looks to a bright and prosperous future.
After The Republic of DardoIllyria was elected President and The Democratic Republic of The Republic rome Vice President, the elections for the secretary positions and for the Senate were held. Beta Test became Secretary of State and Certus became Secretary of Defence. In the Senate elections, The Republic of Mallowcastle and Callilias joined The Federal Union of The Anean Tribes on the Senate. The New Republica Guard, a committee with the duty of watching out for threats to New Republica's security, was established, with The Map Making of Cafla, United remnants of america and The Peoples Empire of Flattnerk becoming it's members. Also, Virginian Pioneers resigned as Supreme Judge and was replaced by The Republic of USOM. New Republica was a very peaceful region until a group of a few nations, led by Mithea, broke away and formed their own region, leadersofgreece. This group threatened to invade and destroy New Republica, despite having only having a few members. After a short time however, New Republica reached a peaceful conclusion to the conflict with leadersofgreece. New Republica returned to peace. On April 1st, a zombie apocalypse was unleashed upon the world. The key to survival was working together, which New Republica did very well. Eventually, the dead were returned to life. While all this was happening, New Republica's population continued to expand and reached over 400 nations, making it one of the 30 largest regions in the world. New Republica also increased the number of colonies and alliances it had with other regions.
After 2 months, new elections were called. Dardoillyria was re-elected President and Flattnerk was elected Vice President. Beta Test was re-elected Secretary of State and The republic of vapaus was elected Secretary of Defence. In the Senate, The Republic Rome replaced Mallowcastle as Callilias and Anean Tribes were re-elected. A new court was chosen again, with Cafla and Dantooine chosen to serve alongside USOM.
Then Peunt12 had come inactive because of some real life problems. We had a problem with our inactive founder so as a region we decided to write a new constitution with The Untied States and The Anean Tribes contributing most of it. We had a new constitution instituted and then Peunt12 came back from his problems and he declared the new constitution invalid and instituted the new one again. We then had a committee of nations create a new constitution and that was created. We then had it voted upon with the senate and the President approved of it and so did Peunt12 and then the government sent it to the people of New Republica and had it voted on. The vote showed that people agreed with the new constitution. We then had new elections for the Entire government so we can have the new constitution implemented. With The President being The Republic Rome, Vice President Beta Test. We had a new government and we have stayed strong through perils.
Then elections happened again and Flattnerk was elected President. But evidence was brought to life about his involvement with a coup and elections fraud and the Supreme Judge Dardoillyria opened a investigation into this matter. With the investigation happening the region was in a uproar. Then Dardoillyria had his verdict and he declared President Flattnerk removed from office because of his involvement with the different things. We had to have elections and The Republic Rome was again elected as President and then we had anew government and so far the region has been calm. Good things will come from this region.

The senate has voted in favor of changing the judicial elections. They voted to change the system to have all three judicial elections at the same time as the rest of the government. As in where the constitution says to stagger the elections. Please vote in this important referendum. You have four days to vote in this referendum so get your voice heard in this vote.

This executive order officialy pardons Flattnerk but with conditions. The conditions are that he is will be monitored for a 6 month time period and it can be extended only by a another executive order. The monitoring will be done by the judicial branch to see he doesn't again get into illegal activities. If these conditions are not met then Flattnerks pardon will be removed and then he has to serve the complete 9 months of the punishment he was given.

The Olympia Accords are a set of rules brought forth by the URA and instituted fro all roleplaying purposes in the Region of New Republica. The Accords are subject to alteration at any time. The rules, guidelines, and solutions are as follows:
1. The use of military force must be realistic.
1.1. Godmodding is prohibited.
1.2. Metagaming is prohibited.

2. Unless stated otherwise, the Region's tech level is MT-PMT.

3. All References to RPs will be based on the New Republican map.
3.1. Any nation not on the map can still RP, but the use of locations and land can be generalized.

4. The use of WMDs of any kind is prohibited.
4.1. The rule can be broken.
4.2. If the rule is broken, then the affected nation, or any ally of the affected nation in the conflict, may use WMDs in reaction to the belligerent entity.

5. Military size is regulated as a maximum of 5% of the nation's population.
5.1. This percentage can be ignored if the population is not a self-governing state entity.
5.2. This percentage can be raised to 10% in extremely choice situations, on account of a conscription or a draft.

6. The Delegate is the chief RP moderator.
6.1. The Delegate has final say in all rules, decisions, and RP guidelines.
6.2. The Delegate must keep an unbiased perspective on all RP's and on all rules, regardless of allegiance, alliance, or participation.
6.3. If it is suspected that the Delegate is not performing their duties as chief RP moderator, than the Founder or President may confer with the Delegate for a more agreeable decision on an RP.
6.4. If the Delegate is not available to moderate an RP, then the President and/or Founder takes over as the chief RP moderator.
6.5. If the Delegate is not available for a disagreement, then a telegram can be sent to the Delegate about the disagreement to be moderated at a later time.
6.5.1. If the disagreement is urgent, than the Founder or President can make a spot decision, and a telegram be sent to the Delegate informing them of the disagreement and the decision made.
